Bit late but Owen picked up his medal at class from the @caledonian_taekwondo_centre competition a few weeks ago.

Our Tuesday session runs from 6pm-7pm at H@PP, 97 Haggs Road
The session is suitable for all ages and grades and focuses on grading requirements
There is a large free car park and there are also bike racks.

What a fantastic weekend!
We started with an excellent grading on Friday followed by a super busy seminar with @rebeccamcgowantkd !

Huge thank you to @rebeccamcgowantkd for coming down and leading a session with our students today. Great to see so many members attending and we had some great messages at the end of the session. What a wonderful opportunity to learn from a world class athlete.

This Saturday GB athlete Rebecca McGowan will be holding a session at TitanTKD!
The class will start at 3.30pm and is open to all intermediate and advanced students.
Rebecca is World silver medalist and European Champion, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best!
A fun warm up with our intermediate group at the weekend,. working on reactions plus a little competition always makes things fun.
