Following the success of our open day weekend in September we are running not one but another 2 open days over the October break.

The open days will be on Saturday the 10th and 17th, to book in just head to the website to book your spot!

Is this your wee cat?

We love him he visits all the time (the kids have named him gingerbread) but we are worried he isn't getting home. If he is all good of not he is checking out all the businesses at Enterprise Park

No classes this Saturday

It's been a brilliant and busy start to the new term so I have decided to take this Saturday off for a bit of family time as it's the September weekend. All other classes this week and next will be on as normal.

Member shout out!

Sean is one of our longest standing members (or maybe actual longest standing member) joining all the way back when we were still at Langside halls (which was many many moons ago)

He is now at uni and a Second Dan at the club and his mum joined in after a few years and is also now a black belt.

We have so many members who have been with us and been part of our community for years and are still training with the team or returning to train during their studies, it's pretty awesome 😁

Thank you for a wonderful day, classes were wonderful and cakes were demolished!

We have raised close to £300 for Macmillan, thanks to everyone who came down, bought, baked and supported the event.
