Check out one of our classes at Titan TKD Centre We always start our classes with a warm up and make this engaging while developing elements of fitness like strength and agility. The main parts of our classes include a mix of traditional elements like patterns or technique and the sport element of kicking. The cool down games are always fun (this is the pizza game which is always a hit) and again include some skills that are really useful for TKD. We change up the classes all the time and always adapt for ages and ability. The first session is always free so you can pop down and give the sport a go. Also for this month our family class is free and parents also train for free! Just DM to book in or hit the link in the stories.
