Warm ups are a great opportunity to prepare for class but also to work on other skills. Last night’s challenger class practiced teamwork, coordination and strength at the start of class. It was also a fantastic challenge for them and engaged the group really well! Just a reminder classes are on as normal over the bank holiday, see you at class.

Is there a better warm up than pad hockey? We started the intermediate and adults/advanced session with this on Saturday. Great way to get the heart rate up and it’s also a fantastic team building exercise. For the advanced group we also added some extra rules to try and get teams to think more strategically and tactically.
