We are back tomorrow!

Classes start back tomorrow, we are looking forward to getting back into the gym and starting 2026.

No changes to the schedule and we have classes for everyone.

9am - Tiny tots age 2+
9.35am - Tot Kwon Do age 3+
10.15am - Beginners age 5+
11am - Intermediate
12pm - Teens and Adults
1.15pm - ASN
