Thanks to @just.playsports for the warm up inspiration, we progressed the game to make it more TKD specific and develop different TKD skills like reaction and footwork.

Wonderful to see so many students take part in their first competition yesterday, it's always a big step to take part in your first event, well done to everyone who took part!
Well done to all the Titans who took part in today's event, it was our first competition in a while and for many it was their first event!
Huge thank you to all the assistant coaches who helped out and to @caledonian_taekwondo_centre and @rawtkd who supported the event as well.
