It's the best day of the week! Grading day! Good luck to all our students going for their new grades today!
Technical Tuesdays! Our grading focused class is this evening at 6pm at H@PP, an excellent opportunity to practice before the grading!

We will be heading to Caledonian Taekwondo for our next event on the 8th October. All categories will be available to enter. Just speak to your instructor in class for more details.

We had a busy start to the weekend as we attended the first sports day of the term. The weather was fantastic and is was great to see so many trying out TKD, thanks to Pollokshields Primary for having us
It will be a warm one tonight but our lovely basement hall will be nice and cool. Remember your water bottle and we can always top up for you!
Tuesdays is all about gradings, if you are planning to sit your yellow tag or your black belt the Tuesday class has you covered. We work on technique along with all grading requirements including patterns and 1 step sparring.
We love a jumping kick class and our Titan Challengers class for ages 9 and up were practicing all the jumping kicks at the weekend. This class is back on tomorrow at 6pm at Re:Hope Church.
