New belt alert! Well done to Rocco who has had a great start to the year, he sat and passed his yellow belt grading on Saturday, he showed excellent focus and counted through all his moves. Awesome work Rocco!

Wednesday at Titan
Wednesday's are a bit different at Titan and we get a little bit more technical.
We have a beginner session at 5:00 p.m. for ages 5 plus. We then have a traditional class at 6:00 p.m. for green tags and up followed by our strength class at 7pm. The strength class is open to members and non-members aged 11 and up.
