What an a-MAY-zing month we have had. It was busy busy with a home event, grading and olympic seminar. We also started our new active schools block which will add another beginners session to the week. June is shaping up to be a great month, we have already had our first event at Raw Taekwondo, next weekend we will host our summer fun day, we have school sports days booked and a grading at the end of the month!

Thursdays are always a busy day at the centre and yesterday was no different! Our teens and adults class rounded out the day with some strength and cardio and smashed it! Our teens and adults class meets on Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 12pm, there is also a traditional class on Wednesdays at 7pm for a change of pace. They are a very welcoming bunch so if you would like to try a new sport pop down to a session. We always offer a free trial session , just get in touch to book in.

Summer fun day! Are summer fun day will be on Sunday the 8th of June from 2pm till 3:30 p.m. The bouncy castle has been booked and well of course have snacks and drinks. The whole family is welcome just book your place online on our website so we have an idea of numbers.
