What a brilliant back to school week! It’s been a fab week seeing everyone back at the club again, the vibe in the gym last night was amazing and I had a great time leading the sessions. We have also welcomed lots of new faces and members into the gym over the past few weeks so it really is buzzing. We started a new mum and baby fitness class on Tuesday which was really lovely to get going again and I am planning our next event which is a doors open event and McMillan coffee morning on the 19th September! What a brilliant back to school week!

It's been a fab week seeing everyone back at the club again, the vibe in the gym last night was amazing and I had a great time leading the sessions. We have also welcomed lots of new faces and members into the gym over the past few weeks so it really is buzzing.

We started a new mum and baby fitness class on Tuesday which was really lovely to get going again and I am planning our next event which is a doors open event and McMillan coffee morning on the 19th September!

So I popped a wee question on the white board…. Its always cool to hear how people got involved in TKD. For me I had just started uni and there was a sports fair I randomly walked into the hall saw the TKD stand and thought why not? And many many moons later here we are🙂 For our adults the strong theme is watching from the sidelines then taking the leap and getting involved. If this sounds like you just pop down for a free session and you can give it a go. We also have free family sessions running for the month of August at 9am on a Saturday. Just head to the website to book in.

I am restarting my mum and baby classes and this time they will be based out of Titan TKD Centre 🙂 I used to run post natal fitness classes in the west end and the south side and I put these on pause while I opened my gym.
