What a brilliant back to school week!

It's been a fab week seeing everyone back at the club again, the vibe in the gym last night was amazing and I had a great time leading the sessions. We have also welcomed lots of new faces and members into the gym over the past few weeks so it really is buzzing.

We started a new mum and baby fitness class on Tuesday which was really lovely to get going again and I am planning our next event which is a doors open event and McMillan coffee morning on the 19th September!

So I popped a wee question on the white board....

Its always cool to hear how people got involved in TKD. For me I had just started uni and there was a sports fair I randomly walked into the hall saw the TKD stand and thought why not? And many many moons later here we are🙂

For our adults the strong theme is watching from the sidelines then taking the leap and getting involved. If this sounds like you just pop down for a free session and you can give it a go. We also have free family sessions running for the month of August at 9am on a Saturday. Just head to the website to book in.

A brilliant weekend at the centre done and dusted and all set up for next week.

We have another new class starting next week! I am restarting my mum and baby classes and this time they will be based out of Titan TKD Centre 🙂

I used to run post natal fitness classes in the west end and the south side and I put these on pause while I opened my gym. We are now a lot more settled so it's time to add these back in to the schedule.

Family classes are back!

Our family classes restart this Saturday at 9am! This is a child led class where adults can join in and you can learn TKD together.

The best news is the classes are free for the month of August so you can pop down and try the sessions.

Just head to the website and you can book a free trial.

And just like that our summer sessions are over, thank you to Glasgow life Sport for the funding which enabled us to run the sessions.

It also means our Wednesday evening classes are back, see you all tomorrow!

June & July recap

Whilst classes have been a bit quieter over the summer and we dropped down to the summer timetable its been a busy and awesome couple of months.

-The gym got a glow up with some new equipment added and I am really excited to properly get started with this side of the business

-We had our family holiday to Centre Parcs and the weather was epic!

-Went searching for all the Scottie dogs around the city

-Enjoyed some family days and days out (we/David did manage to get the kite in the sky)

-Stalked a unicorn

-Enjoyed all the sports at the commonwealths-I love all sports and having it on our doorstep was amazing

We have one more Tuesday summer session tomorrow and the Wednesday classes start back tomorrow evening as well.

On Saturday we will kick off our new timetable and class times, just head to the website to check out the new updates

Family class 9am age 5+
