The categories are sparring, poomsae, breaking the cost to enter is £20 pp and covers all categories.

Next Saturday GB athlete Rebecca McGowan will be holding a session at TitanTKD!
The class will start at 3.30pm and is open to all intermediate and advanced students.
Rebecca is World silver medalist and European Champion, this is an excellent opportunity to learn from the best!

Thanks to @just.playsports for the warm up inspiration, we progressed the game to make it more TKD specific and develop different TKD skills like reaction and footwork.
