Classes are back! Loved seeing everyone back at class on Saturday! I had such a fun day coaching! We have classes for ages 3 and up at the club …..but seriously considering adding in a toddler group because I will have a soon to be two year old …..watch this space I always offer a free trial so you can see if the club is a good fit, if you would like to pop down just get in touch.

Paris 2024 What an opportunity and privilege to watch @rebeccamcgowantkd fight on the worlds biggest stage. She is the first Scottish athlete to take part in taekwondo at the Olympics, we are all so proud. The Olympic atmosphere is always incredible and Paris put on a pretty good show. 🗼🇫🇷🥖
