We love using the blaze pods for warm ups is classes. It’s a great way to work on reactions, speed and agility while adding in a little competition. Our next event is up @rawtkd They are holding a test match day between 12.30pm and 4pm, this is an excellent opportunity for competition experience. The cost is £20pp, just get in touch to register. Warm ups are a great opportunity to prepare for class but also to work on other skills. Last night’s challenger class practiced teamwork, coordination and strength at the start of class. It was also a fantastic challenge for them and engaged the group really well! Just a reminder classes are on as normal over the bank holiday, see you at class.
