Classes are back! Loved seeing everyone back at class on Saturday! I had such a fun day coaching! We have classes for ages 3 and up at the club …..but seriously considering adding in a toddler group because I will have a soon to be two year old …..watch this space I always offer a free trial so you can see if the club is a good fit, if you would like to pop down just get in touch.

Active schools The Olympics kicks off today so what better way to celebrate than with a collaboration with active schools. We are offering a trial for students from Langside and Shawlands primary to attend a six week block of lessons at the club. This is an excellent opportunity to try out the Olympic Sport. GB Olympic opening ceremony! I was delighted to be invited to the friends and family opening ceremony at @gbtaekwondo with @rawtkd and @caledonian_taekwondo_centre It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Taekwondo and send them off to Paris. Best of luck to all the athletes but of course special mention to @rebeccamcgowantkd , cannot wait for the TKD to begin 🇫🇷🗼🥇
