Well done to all the Titans who took part in today's event, it was our first competition in a while and for many it was their first event!

Huge thank you to all the assistant coaches who helped out and to @caledonian_taekwondo_centre and @rawtkd who supported the event as well.

Bling is ready for tomorrow!

Another fun warm up from the intermediate group on Saturday working on co ordination and team work!

Slightly later than planned but well done to Eilidh and Mairead who picked up their certificates for their new grades at yesterday's class....the inevitable photobomb followed 📸

Well I think that might be the clubs biggest grading ever, well done to all the new grades, great to see so many people take part. Excellent start to 2024!

It's grading day!

If you are grading it's 6pm at H@PP, just a reminder there are no classes on!

Another fun warm up this time from the advanced group, we had started the warm up with some throwing, catching and reacting. To finish the warm up we added punching and made the target very small, the objective was to be able to both punch and have the partner catch as well so both sides were working and reacting.

Next grading is one week away, remember to sign up online!

We change up the warm ups to keep classes fresh and it's also a great opportunity to work on different elements of fitness that complement Taekwondo. We started Saturday's challengers class with balloon tennis which worked on agility and co ordination it also meant the kids worked together as a team! 💪
