Previous PostWe change up the warm ups to keep classes fresh and it’s also a great opportunity to work on different elements of fitness that complement Taekwondo. We started Saturday’s challengers class with balloon tennis which worked on agility and co ordination it also meant the kids worked together as a team! 💪
Next PostAnother fun warm up this time from the advanced group, we had started the warm up with some throwing, catching and reacting. To finish the warm up we added punching and made the target very small, the objective was to be able to both punch and have the partner catch as well so both sides were working and reacting.
