It’s mega grading week! This Saturday we will be holding a colour belt grading, dan grading and seminar. You can book for the gradings on the website, all classes on as normal in the afternoon!

Summer fun day 2024! Thank you to everyone who came down to our summer fun day! We bounced, played basketball, football, badminton, did crafts and of course had a water fight. Thanks to everyone who helped out and made the event happen!

We love using the blaze pods for warm ups is classes. It’s a great way to work on reactions, speed and agility while adding in a little competition. We use this in our tots class all the way up to adults group!

The next grading is on the 22nd May and it will be a busy day as we will also be running a black belt seminar and Dan Grading!

Our next event is up @rawtkd They are holding a test match day between 12.30pm and 4pm, this is an excellent opportunity for competition experience. The cost is £20pp, just get in touch to register.

Warm ups are a great opportunity to prepare for class but also to work on other skills. Last night’s challenger class practiced teamwork, coordination and strength at the start of class. It was also a fantastic challenge for them and engaged the group really well! Just a reminder classes are on as normal over the bank holiday, see you at class.
