Wonderful morning spent at Netherlee Primary, first school I have left with a thank you card on the same day!

Sorry for the late notice but there is a bit of a bug going round our house and it's taken me down as well. We should be back on again tomorrow.

Summer fun day

We had a blast today at the summer fun day! Lots of bouncing and running around was had and a few parachute games at the end, big thanks to the parents who helped!

We will have an event for all our senior members at the end of the of the summer break!

It's sports day season!

This morning we are at Croftfoot primary delivering sessions as part of their sports week!

What an a-MAY-zing month we have had.

It was busy busy with a home event, grading and olympic seminar. We also started our new active schools block which will add another beginners session to the week.

June is shaping up to be a great month, we have already had our first event at Raw Taekwondo, next weekend we will host our summer fun day, we have school sports days booked and a grading at the end of the month!

We have some new grades! Well done everyone!

Thursdays are always a busy day at the centre and yesterday was no different!

Our teens and adults class rounded out the day with some strength and cardio and smashed it!

Our teens and adults class meets on Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 12pm, there is also a traditional class on Wednesdays at 7pm for a change of pace. They are a very welcoming bunch so if you would like to try a new sport pop down to a session. We always offer a free trial session , just get in touch to book in.
