Check out our recent Pre School Taekwondo warm up, we had a balance and jumping exercise to work on agility and gradually added in some TKD. Our pre school classes are aimed at kids ages 3&4 and introduce Taekwondo through play. Classes run on a Thursday at 4.30 and Saturday at 2 in Re:Hope Church. Get in touch to book your free trial. With the younger kids teaching TKD through play is an excellent way to engage the students. By using games it’s also a great way to introduce rules while also make things fun and a little less formal. Our beginners classes run on a Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 2.30pm both in Re:Hope Church.
