Titan Strength starting Wednesday 14th January New year’s I was a great opportunity to start something new. So for 2026 we’re starting a new class called Titan strength and as the title sounds is all things strength. This class is for all students and parents aged 11 and up. And we have 8 (yes 8!!!!) new black belt grades! Congratulations to Phoebe who achieved her second poom and Hannah, Rory, Hugo, Adeena, Ioanna, Andreas and Lamprilia who achieved their 1st Dan/Poom. This team work so well together, helping each other prepare for their Dan grade, and thank you to Reece and Pinelopi for helping out on the day. Well done team! Hi all unfortunately I won’t be able to run the Dan grading today, this winter bug has hit with wonderful timing. The winter bugs have hit and they have hit hard! I have had to get cover for some of today’s classes so the beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions will run as normal. Unfortunately there will be no pre school sessions at 9am or 9.35am and I am unbelievably sorry but there will no gradings today. I know this in particular will be really disappointing but we will run them next Saturday instead and if that doesn’t suit I will find another date that works.
