Slight change of plan this evening and there is no strength class at 7pm. All other sessions are on as normal.

What a brilliant afternoon with the exchange athletes from Yong In University, absolutely fantastic to have them at the club and a brilliant opportunity for all ages and grades in the club to learn from some of the best!

This Sunday we will be hosting a sparring session with Korean university exchange students, this is an awesome opportunity to learn from top sparring athletes.

What a brilliant back to school week!
It's been a fab week seeing everyone back at the club again, the vibe in the gym last night was amazing and I had a great time leading the sessions. We have also welcomed lots of new faces and members into the gym over the past few weeks so it really is buzzing.
We started a new mum and baby fitness class on Tuesday which was really lovely to get going again and I am planning our next event which is a doors open event and McMillan coffee morning on the 19th September!

So I popped a wee question on the white board....
Its always cool to hear how people got involved in TKD. For me I had just started uni and there was a sports fair I randomly walked into the hall saw the TKD stand and thought why not? And many many moons later here we areπ
For our adults the strong theme is watching from the sidelines then taking the leap and getting involved. If this sounds like you just pop down for a free session and you can give it a go. We also have free family sessions running for the month of August at 9am on a Saturday. Just head to the website to book in.
