We are having a wee Easter event this weekend for members, there is no charge just head to the website to sign up so the Easter bunny knows how many Easter eggs to bring 🐰
On Wednesdays we lift weights!
Open to members and non members, if it's your first class it's on us!
What's on tomorrow at Titan
At 10am we have a class for our littlest members at 10am you can drop in and PAYG
At 6pm we have our sparring session which is open to all grades in the club

Have you noticed any changes in the gym?
This year is all about investing and growing the centre and making it feel a bit more like ours. One of our very talented parents has already added some fantastic artwork to our walls and we have added some new weights and equipment to the gym area.
What else would you like to see added to the centre? I have a few ideas but I would love to hear from our members as well!
New belt alert!
Well done to Rocco who has had a great start to the year, he sat and passed his yellow belt grading on Saturday, he showed excellent focus and counted through all his moves.

Give your old training gear some new life.
If you have any old training gear we will gladly take it back in so if you have any old suits, hoodies or T-shirts please drop them in to the club and we will happily find them a new home!
Wednesday at Titan
Wednesday's are a bit different at Titan and we get a little bit more technical.
We have a beginner session at 5:00 p.m. for ages 5 plus. We then have a traditional class at 6:00 p.m. for green tags and up followed by our strength class at 7pm. The strength class is open to members and non-members aged 11 and up.
