What a brilliant back to school week! It’s been a fab week seeing everyone back at the club again, the vibe in the gym last night was amazing and I had a great time leading the sessions. We have also welcomed lots of new faces and members into the gym over the past few weeks so it really is buzzing. We started a new mum and baby fitness class on Tuesday which was really lovely to get going again and I am planning our next event which is a doors open event and McMillan coffee morning on the 19th September!
