GB Olympic opening ceremony! I was delighted to be invited to the friends and family opening ceremony at @gbtaekwondo with @rawtkd and @caledonian_taekwondo_centre It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Taekwondo and send them off to Paris. Best of luck to all the athletes but of course special mention to @rebeccamcgowantkd , cannot wait for the TKD to begin 🇫🇷🗼🥇
