Tuesdays
10.00am – Tiny tots and free play (ages 2-4)
6pm – Sparring all levels

Wednesdays
5:00pm – Beginners age 5-8
6:00pm – Traditional Class – all grades
7:00pm – Strength class

Thursdays
4:30pm – Tot Kwon Do (ages 3-4)
5:00pm – Beginners age 5-8
6:00pm – Intermediate age 9 – 14
7:00pm – Teens and Adults

Saturday
9am – Tiny Kwon Do (ages 2-3)
9.35am – Tot Kwon do (ages 3-5)
10.15am – Beginners age 5-8
11.00am – Intermediate age 9-14
12.00pm – Teens and Adults
1.15pm – ASN
2pm – Onwards – 1-2-1 sessions
