The following questions are optional, but will help us tailor our training to your needs.During classes and sessions we discuss different topics such as pelvic floor health, nutrition, sleep, and stress. As these factors may all have an impact on your training and your results to varying degrees. Pregnancy and birth is amazing but can also be difficult time for mothers and woman may have experienced trauma. Is there anything that you are uncomfortable discussing during sessions?

11:00am – Mum & Baby Fitness
6:00pm – Sparring all levels

Wednesdays
5:00pm – Beginners Taekwondo age 5-8
6:00pm – Traditional Taekwondo – all grades
7:00pm – Strength class

Thursdays
4:15pm – Tot Kwon Do (ages 3-4)
5:00pm – Beginners age 5-8
6:00pm – Intermediate age 9 – 14
7:00pm – Teens and Adults

8:30am – Tiny Tot Kwon Do (ages 2-3)
9am – Family Class
9.45am – Tot Kwon do (ages 3-5)
