Taekwondo develops a number of different areas of fitness including flexibility. You don’t need to be flexible to start TKD and kicking helps develop this in a fun dynamic way. We do still practice static stretching as part of our warm up and we always encourage students to show off their favourite stretches! Team work! We love using the warm up portion of our classes to develop different skills.
