If you bring a friend along to class and they join you can get a month for free (or you can substitute this for clothing or equipment) Just make sure they mention your name when they pop along for their first class. GB Olympic opening ceremony! I was delighted to be invited to the friends and family opening ceremony at @gbtaekwondo with @rawtkd and @caledonian_taekwondo_centre It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Olympic and Paralympic Taekwondo and send them off to Paris.
