A fun warm up game on Saturday where we used pool noodles to practice jumping and timing. We progressed from double leg jumps to jumping front kicks. This was a perfect game for students to interact and work together while practicing some TKD skills. Fun is always at the center of everything we do at Titan because if you are having fun classes will always be more engaging and learning will be easy.
