Maybe my favourite class of the week! I love teaching all my classes but maybe my favourite one is the Tiny Tots class for our 2+ group. My little one joins in this class and I love starting off my Saturdays with this session. I often get asked what we do in a Tiny Tots class. This class is very much an introduction to TKD through play, we practice basic commands (the commands for start and stop are particularly fun) and we include basic blocks and kicks. There are always different obstacles and activities to work on the fundamentals of movement like balance and agility. This is a very relaxed session where parents join in as well. For this class there are monthly and drop in payments available but the first session is always free. The link to book in is in the stories

It’s been a busy week (and month) at Titan TKD, with our first event and busy classes. The week isn’t quite done yet we still have our Saturday classes tomorrow where we have classes from age 2 all the way up to adults!
