In the last post we highlighted how the intermediate classes will be working on terminology for the next grading. Here is a warm up game in action where students have to work together as a team to match the Korean and English words. A big focus for our intermediate group on the lead up to the next grading is learning Korean terminology. I set up this little station before class last night so they can practise learning some new kicks. They did really well and we incorporated a lot of the new terminology into class, it was pretty fun as well. The next event for the club will be the 14th April at Raw Taekwondo, 45 Deerdykes View. A test match day is a fantastic opportunity to practice with other clubs and learn competition conditions. Scoring will be done on the daedo body armours but there is also opportunities to practice refereeing and TA skills. The event will run from 12.30 – 4.30 and the cost is £20 pp, please get in touch if you wish to attend.
