Huge thank you to the competition dream team who helped out at our event this month! (Also thank you to Luke who wasn't here for this photo!)

The club's next event is on Sunday the 24th at @caledonian_taekwondo_centre if you would like to support the event please just let me know!

Thanks to @just.playsports for the warm up inspiration, we progressed the game to make it more TKD specific and develop different TKD skills like reaction and footwork.

I think it went down well!
