Not to be outdone by the black belts we also had our pre school grading and catch up colour belt grading on Saturday.

Congratulations to Phoebe who achieved her second poom and Hannah, Rory, Hugo, Adeena, Ioanna, Andreas and Lamprilia who achieved their 1st Dan/Poom.

This team work so well together, helping each other prepare for their Dan grade, and thank you to Reece and Pinelopi for helping out on the day.

Slightly delayed but well done to all our new grades! There is another colour belt grading on Saturday for those who couldn't make last night.

Hi all unfortunately I won't be able to run the Dan grading today, this winter bug has hit with wonderful timing.

I am going to try and reorganise everything over the next week so everyone can grade as soon as possible.

The winter bugs have hit and they have hit hard!

I have had to get cover for some of today's classes so the beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions will run as normal.

Unfortunately there will be no pre school sessions at 9am or 9.35am and I am unbelievably sorry but there will no gradings today. I know this in particular will be really disappointing but we will run them next Saturday instead and if that doesn't suit I will find another date that works.

Normally I power through and really try not to cancel but I am pretty floored.

It Christmas party time!

Next Sunday 7th December we will be hosting our Christmas parties, in the morning we will have a bouncy castle and games for the kids and in the afternoon it's the Titan games for our teens and adults.

It's grading week!

We will have gradings for all this weekend with our colour belts on Saturday and Black belts on Sunday. The grading seminar on Sunday is for grades red tags and above.
