Tuesday Poomse Class

Our Tuesday class at Craigholme from 6-7 will be a poomse class for July and August. The class is open to kids and adults, if you already have an unlimited membership the class is still free. If you wish to drop in the cost is £5.

Cancelled class Sat 27th Feb

Classes at Langside halls on the 27th of February are cancelled. Students are welcome to attend classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Craigholme Sports Complex from 6-7.

Christmas Gradings

We are holding a colour belt grading tomorrow at Langside halls at 12.30 grading forms can be downloaded here grading_form1212. The following day the black belt grading will be held at Caledonian Health and Fitness Centre. The black belt seminar will start at 10am and is open to all students red tags and above.
