Warm ups are a great opportunity to prepare for class but also to work on other skills. Last night’s challenger class practiced teamwork, coordination and strength at the start of class. It was also a fantastic challenge for them and engaged the group really well! Just a reminder classes are on as normal over the bank holiday, see you at class.
