Check out our tiny tots class. We have a great tiny tots class today where we focused on balance and kicking. When working on balance we always encourage kids to bend their knees to engage their muscles and this is important for all kicking techniques in Taekwondo. We use lots of different activities to help develop agility and balance and what’s most important is that it’s fun. We have another free trial for a Tuesday session next week at 9:30 just head to the website to book in.

It’s been a while! Between Covid, several venue moves and having a baby it’s been a while since we had a McMillan coffee morning. I thought this year would be a great opportunity to bring it back. Saturday 4th October, All welcome

Its a busy week at Titan! We are gearing up for a busy weekend! On Saturday we have our September colour belt grading at 2.45pm Sunday we will have another clash of the Titans event with a Titan only home competition with breaking, patterns and sparring divisions. You can sign up for both events online, link in stories

We have some free midweek Tots and Tiny tots sessions this month! Join us for some free classes on Tuesday 23rd and 30th September. We will be holding Two tiny tots classes for ages 2-3 at 9.30am and Tots classes age 3-5 at 10.30am. There is no cost but places are limited so must be pre booked just head to the stories or highlights to book.
