We are now enrolling into our beginners classes, these meet on; Tuesday @ 6pm Thursday @ 5pm Saturday @ 2.30pm We always offer a free trial so you can see if the club is a good fit, just get in touch for the details.

Taekwondo develops a number of different areas of fitness including flexibility. You don’t need to be flexible to start TKD and kicking helps develop this in a fun dynamic way. We do still practice static stretching as part of our warm up and we always encourage students to show off their favourite stretches!
