It's been a while but we are running our first comp in a few years. This competition will be aimed at the younger members of the club PeeWees (8 and under) and Children (9,10,11). All the details have been sent to your inbox, we do have a small venue so entries will be capped, I will be inviting other clubs down so please register your interest as early as possible.

All good things must come to an end, including my holiday!

Check out our recent Pre School Taekwondo warm up, we had a balance and jumping exercise to work on agility and gradually added in some TKD.

Our pre school classes are aimed at kids ages 3&4 and introduce Taekwondo through play. Classes run on a Thursday at 4.30 and Saturday at 2 in Re:Hope Church. Get in touch to book your free trial.

With the younger kids teaching TKD through play is an excellent way to engage the students. By using games it's also a great way to introduce rules while also make things fun and a little less formal.

Our beginners classes run on a Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 2.30pm both in Re:Hope Church.

We went back to basics on Saturday with the intermediate group on Saturday, always fun to get the body armours back on.
