Team work!

We love using the warm up portion of our classes to develop different skills. This stepping stone game practices communication and team work along with physical skills like balance and agility.

We have a new pre school class starting on February 2nd at Re:hope church in Shawlands. We have 9 places remaining, just get in touch to secure your free trial.

We are back in in a very familiar setting (now called H@PP instead of Craigholme) The session is for all grades at 6pm and we focus on technique and grading elements. Class is on this evening, see you all there!

2023 kicks off tomorrow

That's a wrap on 2022, it's been a bit of a different year so thank you to everyone for the support! Well done to all our new grades! Happy new year and see you all on the 7th.
