Tuesdays is all about gradings, if you are planning to sit your yellow tag or your black belt the Tuesday class has you covered. We work on technique along with all grading requirements including patterns and 1 step sparring.

We love a jumping kick class and our Titan Challengers class for ages 9 and up were practicing all the jumping kicks at the weekend. This class is back on tomorrow at 6pm at Re:Hope Church.

Set up for our Thursday and Saturday sessions, on these days we have classes for everyone from pre school up to adults.
