It was a busy day yesterday with a double grading! Along with our new Dan grades we also had some new colour belts!

It's mega grading week!

This Saturday we will be holding a colour belt grading, dan grading and seminar. You can book for the gradings on the website, all classes on as normal in the afternoon!

Summer fun day 2024!

Thank you to everyone who came down to our summer fun day! We bounced, played basketball, football, badminton, did crafts and of course had a water fight.

Thanks to everyone who helped out and made the event happen!

We love using the blaze pods for warm ups is classes. It's a great way to work on reactions, speed and agility while adding in a little competition. We use this in our tots class all the way up to adults group!

The summer fun day is fast approaching! It will take place at H@PP from 1.30-3pm just head to the website to book in!

The next grading is on the 22nd May and it will be a busy day as we will also be running a black belt seminar and Dan Grading!
