October recap (better late than never!) We had a fantastic and super busy October! Classes were fantastic and we are all the students are working well towards the end of the year gradings. We had an October camp focusing on high grades and preparing for the upcoming Dan grading. We managed to sneak away for a family holiday to Pitlochry one of my favourite places. There was a brilliant colour belt grading and the final colour belt grading of the year and of course we had some spooky themes Halloween classes. November is looking just as busy (which is why I am just getting around to recapping last month)

Well done to all the Titans who took part in our event on Sunday, great performances from all the team well done! New midweek pre school session We have a new pre school session starting on Tuesday 11th November at 10am. Our midweek session will be a 30 min class followed by 15 min free play, no need to pre book just drop in

Spooktacular classes this Saturday Now I have my own gym I can decorate however I wish (just wait for Christmas!) so the Halloween decorations are up and on Saturday all our classes will have a spooky theme! Feel free to recycle your Halloween costumes and wear them to class if you wish and there will be some tasty treats after class! See you on Saturday
