The winter bugs have hit and they have hit hard! I have had to get cover for some of today’s classes so the beginner, intermediate and advanced sessions will run as normal. Unfortunately there will be no pre school sessions at 9am or 9.35am and I am unbelievably sorry but there will no gradings today. I know this in particular will be really disappointing but we will run them next Saturday instead and if that doesn’t suit I will find another date that works. Normally I power through and really try not to cancel but I am pretty floored.

It Christmas party time! Next Sunday 7th December we will be hosting our Christmas parties, in the morning we will have a bouncy castle and games for the kids and in the afternoon it’s the Titan games for our teens and adults. Just head to the website to sign up

A sneak peak to what our pre school groups will be getting up to this week. There are now 4 classes a week for our pre school ages Tuesday 10am age 2+ Thursday 4.30 age 3+ Saturday 9am age 2+ Saturday 9.35 age 3+ The first class is free so just message to book in

October recap (better late than never!) We had a fantastic and super busy October! Classes were fantastic and we are all the students are working well towards the end of the year gradings. We had an October camp focusing on high grades and preparing for the upcoming Dan grading. We managed to sneak away for a family holiday to Pitlochry one of my favourite places. There was a brilliant colour belt grading and the final colour belt grading of the year and of course we had some spooky themes Halloween classes. November is looking just as busy (which is why I am just getting around to recapping last month)

We managed to sneak away for a family holiday to Pitlochry one of my favourite places.

There was a brilliant colour belt grading and the final colour belt grading of the year and of course we had some spooky themes Halloween classes. November is looking just as busy (which is why I am just getting around to recapping last month)
