We had a busy start to the weekend as we attended the first sports day of the term. The weather was fantastic and is was great to see so many trying out TKD, thanks to Pollokshields Primary for having us
It will be a warm one tonight but our lovely basement hall will be nice and cool. Remember your water bottle and we can always top up for you!
Tuesdays is all about gradings, if you are planning to sit your yellow tag or your black belt the Tuesday class has you covered. We work on technique along with all grading requirements including patterns and 1 step sparring.
We love a jumping kick class and our Titan Challengers class for ages 9 and up were practicing all the jumping kicks at the weekend. This class is back on tomorrow at 6pm at Re:Hope Church.
Set up for our Thursday and Saturday sessions, on these days we have classes for everyone from pre school up to adults.
We always offer a free class so you can see if the club is a good fit. Just get in touch for booking details.
