Today we have our final free pre school session just DM to book in Next week we have a high grade camp for red tags and up this is a great opportunity for this years Dan grade candidates. Check out our tiny tots class. We have a great tiny tots class today where we focused on balance and kicking. When working on balance we always encourage kids to bend their knees to engage their muscles and this is important for all kicking techniques in Taekwondo. We use lots of different activities to help develop agility and balance and what’s most important is that it’s fun. We have another free trial for a Tuesday session next week at 9:30 just head to the website to book in.
