It's sports day season!
This morning we are at Croftfoot primary delivering sessions as part of their sports week!
What an a-MAY-zing month we have had.
It was busy busy with a home event, grading and olympic seminar. We also started our new active schools block which will add another beginners session to the week.
June is shaping up to be a great month, we have already had our first event at Raw Taekwondo, next weekend we will host our summer fun day, we have school sports days booked and a grading at the end of the month!

Thursdays are always a busy day at the centre and yesterday was no different!
Our teens and adults class rounded out the day with some strength and cardio and smashed it!
Our teens and adults class meets on Thursday at 7pm and Saturday at 12pm, there is also a traditional class on Wednesdays at 7pm for a change of pace. They are a very welcoming bunch so if you would like to try a new sport pop down to a session. We always offer a free trial session , just get in touch to book in.

What an awesome opportunity to learn from Olympians, European and world medalists. We had our sparring class last night and it was great to put in to practice things we learned at the seminar.
The next event is this weekend at the Raw test match day!

Our weekly sparring class runs at 6pm on Tuesdays, this session is open to all abilities so if you want to give sport TKD a go pop down!
Olympic Seminar
Huge thank you to @rebeccamcgowantkd and @bradlysinden for running their seminar today. It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to learn from such experienced athletes and for me as a coach it's always great to learn from others.

After the success of our Easter Camps, Summer camps are available to book online just head to the events page on our website to book your spaces.
Summer fun day!
Are summer fun day will be on Sunday the 8th of June from 2pm till 3:30 p.m. The bouncy castle has been booked and well of course have snacks and drinks. The whole family is welcome just book your place online on our website so we have an idea of numbers.
Titan home competition 18th May
Well done to everyone who took part in the weekends competition! It was great to see everyone work together and coach one another. Special well done to those who took part in their first event and the prize winners!
