Check out our tiny tots class. We have a great tiny tots class today where we focused on balance and kicking. When working on balance we always encourage kids to bend their knees to engage their muscles and this is important for all kicking techniques in Taekwondo. We use lots of different activities to help develop agility and balance and what’s most important is that it’s fun.
