Easter Camp We have a kids Easter Camp on the 14th and 15th April. It will run from 9-3 with doors open from 8.30 for drop off. The cost is £25 or £40 for siblings. Just DM or email to reserve your place.

Next PostMaybe my favourite class of the week! I love teaching all my classes but maybe my favourite one is the Tiny Tots class for our 2+ group. My little one joins in this class and I love starting off my Saturdays with this session. I often get asked what we do in a Tiny Tots class. This class is very much an introduction to TKD through play, we practice basic commands (the commands for start and stop are particularly fun) and we include basic blocks and kicks. There are always different obstacles and activities to work on the fundamentals of movement like balance and agility. This is a very relaxed session where parents join in as well. For this class there are monthly and drop in payments available but the first session is always free. The link to book in is in the stories

9:00am – Tiny Tot Kwon Do (ages 2-3)
9.35am – Tot Kwon Do (ages 3-4)
10:15am – Beginners
11:00am - Intermediate
12:00 - Ages 15+ and Red Belts+
1.15 – ASN Class
Tuesday
6:00pm – Sparring Class (all grades beginner and up)
Wednesday -  Family classes suitable for all ages
6:00pm Traditional TKD – White Belt to Green Belt
7:00pm Traditional TKD – Blue Tags and above
Thursdays
4:30pm – Tot Kwon Do (ages 3-4)
5:00pm – Beginners
6:00pm – Intermediate
7:00pm – Ages 15+ and Red Belts+
