Previous PostIs there a better warm up than pad hockey? We started the intermediate and adults/advanced session with this on Saturday. Great way to get the heart rate up and it’s also a fantastic team building exercise. For the advanced group we also added some extra rules to try and get teams to think more strategically and tactically. These skills are very important in sport TKD and it’s also good to practice these skills in different situations (also the added element of competition makes everything more fun) #taekwondoglasgowsouthside #taekwondoshawlands #martialartsglasgow #taekwondoglasgow
