New website now up and running!
Kicking session is tomorrow at 10.30, don't worry if you can't make it we will record and send out the link afterwards. We know the kids are heading back to school soon so we will move this session to an evening at the end of the month.
We will be having an extra session this Friday at 6pm, hosted by GB athletes Rebecca and Bradley. They will be choosing their top fight videos to rewatch. This is just a watch along so students won't be joining in. Huge thank you to Raw Taekwondo for organising! Links have already been sent out, however if you need it again just get in touch.
Wishing the warmer weather back! We had some great classes outdoor this summer, it was so lovely to train outside and something we had never done before. For the time being we are still indoors and the next season is tomorrow at 10.30. The link was sent out last week but if you need it again just get in touch. It's back to (online) school today for all our students, I hope it's not too stressful for you all! We will also be running some online lessons from 4pm today. All the times and links have been sent via email but if you need the details just get in touch! The focus for these lessons will be to get ready for our next online grading which is scheduled for February. We also have a Dan grade class for those who are preparing for their black belt/second Dan.
Back to our online classes? Fantastic seeing everyone this morning for our first class of 2021. Our next sessions will be Saturday morning, I have emailed out all the details, just DM if you need them.
We have just sent a new email our about our online classes, I will be putting a plan in place for our new timetable and I am looking for feedback for class times. Please comment below or email me back, what suits you best daytime or evening classes? In class we have been using inflatable punch bags both indoors and outdoors, these deflate to quite a small size and are easy to store. If anyone is looking to purchase these I got them from decathlon and they cost £40, there is also an adult version which is a little more expensive but they have been great in classes and perfect for home training!
