Back to our online classes? Fantastic seeing everyone this morning for our first class of 2021. Our next sessions will be Saturday morning, I have emailed out all the details, just DM if you need them.
We have just sent a new email our about our online classes, I will be putting a plan in place for our new timetable and I am looking for feedback for class times. Please comment below or email me back, what suits you best daytime or evening classes? In class we have been using inflatable punch bags both indoors and outdoors, these deflate to quite a small size and are easy to store. If anyone is looking to purchase these I got them from decathlon and they cost £40, there is also an adult version which is a little more expensive but they have been great in classes and perfect for home training!

April Grading Results Congratulations to all the new Titan grades Yellow tags – Joey Yellow belt – AB Green belt – Stella, Layla Blue tags – Shreyas Blue belt – Rhys Red belt – Arran The star performer was Joey, well done! Cancelled classes In may I will be doing the grown up thing of getting married and this will be followed by a very lovely honeymoon. I will be returning to work (with a very nice sun tan) on Saturday the 25th May. You will be left in the very capable hands of Nathan, Caitlin and Lauren during this time however not all classes can be covered and there will be no classes running on Tuesday the7th and 14th May, we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. All other classes are on as normal. I wont have any access to email during my break but I will deal with any questions quickly on my return. Next grading The next grading will be on the 15th June (not the 8th June as I previously stated) The cost of the grading is £30 pp and all details can be found here on the webpage. Next competition The next competition will be held in Craigholme on Saturday afternoon the 8th of June after our normal classes in the morning. The competition will have sparring, poomsae and breaking events and will cost £15 to enter.
