New website now up and running!
On Wednesdays we lift weights I've been blown away with the popularity of our Wednesday evening sessions the attendance has been great and the feedback has been fantastic. I have already had to go out and restock on weights, and I am planning some daytime sessions (watch this space) This is a pay as you go class opened to members and non members. Is £3 for members and £7.50 for non-members.
